Yes! Discounts are available for teams of 3 or more. Contact our team at conferences@arc-network.com for details.

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by August 18, 2025, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds or substitutions to conferences@arc-network.com. 

Arc reserves the right to cancel the conference due to a lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, Arc's liability is limited to the refund of the conference or expo registration fee only. Arc reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

• $11.00 per hour
• $48.00 per day (includes in/out privileges)

Valet Parking:

• $65.00 per day

Garage Clearance: 6 ft. 4 in. (Please note height restrictions for oversized vehicles.)
