Her career also includes: • An HR role in a Fortune 200 company facility start-up • Being the first female manager in IT for a regional gas company • Leading two non-profits as Executive Director • Serving as administrative/logistics manager for a $20,000,000 project with a globally sourced multicultural technical staff • Advisory board, curriculum developer and faculty for coach training programs A recipient of the prestigious Master Certified Coach credential, Lyn has trained coaches and leaders in developing human potential since 1994. Currently her work centers on blending neuroscience with psycho-social development, to help busy leaders build greater resilience for themselves and the teams they lead.
