Kimberly (Kimm) Rombardo is an executive coach and education strategist with over 25 years of experience supporting system-level leaders in navigating complex challenges and building sustainable systems for student success. She specializes in coaching executive educators across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, drawing on the common threads of instructional leadership, strategic planning, and grant oversight. In her current role as Grant Unit Supervisor for the Nevada State Public Charter School Authority, Kimm leads fiscal oversight of state and federal education grants, guiding charter school leaders through risk-based monitoring and compliance. Her career includes various leadership roles in the private sector where she partnered with education executives to strengthen instructional quality and scale impact. Kimm’s work is grounded in equity, access, and innovation. Whether designing professional learning strategies, shaping education policy, or coaching individual leaders, she brings clarity, compassion, and results-oriented insight to every engagement.
