Dr. Kelly Dolan-Sapp is the Chief of Practice for EduSolve, with client portfolio supporting 25 school district partners in wellness, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and cultural policy and practice. With almost 25 years of experience in the field, Kelly is a nationally recognized Culture Coach and Staff Developer. She has led large-scale national project with the Wallace Foundation and was a founding faculty member of High Tech High. Kelly was named one of District Administrators Top 100 Educational Influencers for 2025 and selected for Marquis' Who's Who for 2025. Recently, Dr. Dolan-Sapp has been appointed as an adjunct faculty member to the doctoral program at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
