Dr. Siegenthaler is the first-ever female superintendent in the Richmond School District. In just five years, she has made remarkable progress in improving school culture, closing achievement gaps, and enhancing indoor air quality. As a certified Health Coach, she oversees the district's wellness. Her district achieved the highest academic scores in its history post-pandemic, and was recognized as the #2 district in Wisconsin and a three-time “Top Workplace” winner.
A dedicated servant leader, Jeanne has been involved in numerous community efforts, including serving as an On-Call Advocate for The Women's Center Shelter, foster care provider, and volunteering for the Special Olympics. She also initiated the “Adopt a Haitian Teacher” project after traveling to Haiti.
Prior to her role in Richmond, Jeanne worked as an administrator in the top-performing Elmbrook School District, where she was named WI Elementary Principal of the Year and Outstanding Employee. She has received national speaking recognition for her contributions to staff culture and climate and was honored as a Waukesha County Women of the Year and Woman of Distinction from both Edgewood College and DALI.
