Dr. Jacki Wolfe is an educational leader with 28 years of experience, including over two decades in leadership roles at the school, district, and state levels. As the Chief Student Supports Officer, she leads a team of over 20 professionals to improve educational access and outcomes. A first-generation college graduate from rural East Tennessee, Dr. Wolfe has advanced from classroom teacher to executive leadership, serving across four Tennessee school districts with over 7,000 students.
Named 2022 East Tennessee Special Education Director of the Year by the TN Association for Administrators in Special Education (TAASE), her expertise includes special education, federal program implementation, and professional development. Dr. Wolfe’s research on early intervention and kindergarten readiness led to her presentation at the National Association of School Psychologists Annual Conference.
Dr. Wolfe has held adjunct professorships, served as board president for the Palmer Center Foundation, and is an active member of CEC, ASCD, and DALI. She serves as Board President of the East Tennessee Special Education Supervisors Association, Treasurer of the Northeast TN Supervisors Study Council, and Board Member of TAASE. She has played a key role in planning educational conferences, mentoring emerging leaders, and supporting women in advancing to administrative roles.
