Dr. Colleen Timm serves as the Executive Director of Academic and Student Services in the Lee County Schools in Fort Myers, Florida. She previously served as the Agency Administrator at Cooperative Educational Service Agency (CESA) 7, serving 38 school districts and private school partners in northeast Wisconsin. With over three decades in education, her roles have also included teacher, principal, superintendent, and director positions. Dr. Timm holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a master’s in Reading Education from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, and both a master’s and Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her leadership is characterized by a clear purpose, a commitment to empowering others and fostering leadership potential, and driving educational excellence through innovative initiatives.
