Session Overview:
In this session, dynamic women in leadership will share their district succession trifecta story, alongside a supportive male colleague. Scott Bailey, the recently retired superintendent of Desert Sands Unified School District (DSUSD), will join former Chief Innovation and Information Officer Kelly May-Vollmar, Ed.D., who has recently been appointed as the new superintendent of DSUSD. Tiffany Norton, a former elementary school principal, now serves as the Chief Innovation and Information Officer for DSUSD. Moderated by Amy Dujon, this panel will discuss how board-recognized, values-driven strategic succession planning can benefit the entire district.
