In this interactive session, leaders from Desert Sands Unified School District share how coaching and mentoring have been embedded across the district to build a thriving leadership pipeline. Moving beyond traditional networking, this session explores how intentional mentorship, coaching strategies, and relationship-building can create a system of sustained support, alignment, and impact. Participants will leave with a plan to design (or redesign) their own leadership circle—one that accelerates growth and strengthens connections at every level.

• Develop systems for cultivating impactful mentorship and coaching relationships
• Learn strategies to build and leverage professional networks aligned to leadership goals
• Integrate coaching practices into mentorship for deeper, more sustainable impact
• Create a personalized action plan to expand their leadership circle with intention
