Dr. Barbara Mullen has been the superintendent of Rush-Henrietta Central School District since April 2023. Previously, she held roles in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Providence, Rhode Island. In 2023, she received the Leaders of Distinction Award and was named one of the Top 100 Education Influencers for 2025.
